WS PARTNERS (hereafter referred to as "WSP") provides global human resources development for client under the slogan of "supporting the globalization of the people and the organizations". WSP recognizes that the protection of private information is vitally important and is a social responsibility for WSP for running the business. For these reasons, WSP hereby establishes the following stipulations pertaining to the protection of private information in the possession of WSP.
Purpose of use of private information handled from client shall be limited to the education and training services provided by WSP, and the information shall not be used for objectives outside of the stated purpose.
*Private information handled from client shall not be disclosed, corrected, and deleted by WSP; these actions shall be directly requested to the appropriate client. Private information handled from client shall be immediately returned, deleted, and erased upon the request from client.
(1) Purpose for use of private information directly obtained from an individual shall be limited to the period of recruitment process, and the information shall not be used for objectives outside of the stated purpose without the consent of the individual. Private information shall be returned, deleted, and erased after a termination according to the internal rule.
(2) Purpose for use of private information shall be limited to making contact to client, administrative procedures, and seminar services, and the information shall not be used for objectives outside of the stated purpose without client's consent.
WSP shall properly manage private information, that is handled and or directly obtained, from client, and WSP shall not provide the information to the third parties without client's consent except for the following situations:
(1)The provisions of laws and regulations
(2)Necessity to protect the important interests of client, and or public lives, health, and assets.
WSP may engage in outsourcing to the companies and or agents of providing lecturer of training courses, training assistant, information processing, and delivery. WSP shall protect private information by properly establishing the criteria for selecting the entity and making contract of the handling of private information before ordering to the entity.
Contact WSP's private information inquires desk if client (1)requires notification for the purpose of use, (2)requires disclosure, correction, or deletion of private information, (3)disagrees to provide private information to the third parties, (4)requires consultation or any complaints to be given, (5) and other related inquires.
*Correction and deletion of private information within the possible range shall be notified to client upon the request
